The following Terms of Use is a legal contract between an individual user and Simplified Shipping defining the rules and acceptable behavior of your website and services.
Welcome to Simplified Shipping and thanks for visiting. By accessing our site, you are agreeing to these terms. So please read them carefully.

Customer affirms that information provided is current and accurate.

SIMPLIFIED SHIPPING’s standard payment receiving terms are NET 30 days from invoice date, and a finance charge of 2% per month is added to accounts 30 days or more past due. If SIMPLIFIED SHIPPING uses a collection agency or attorney to collect any amounts due, Customer agrees to pay all associated collection costs, attorney fees, and court costs. Custom payment terms are available upon request.

SIMPLIFIED SHIPPING is the broker only who arranges the transportation of freight by third-party carriers. Customer agrees that if SIMPLIFIED SHIPPING is listed on shipping documents, it is for convenience only and does not change SIMPLIFIED SHIPPING’s status as a broker only.

SIMPLIFIED SHIPPING may assist in processing claims for cargo loss, shortage, or damage, but Customer must file cargo claims with SIMPLIFIED SHIPPING within six (6) months from the date of such loss, shortage, or damage. For purposes of this agreement will be the delivery date or, in the event of non-delivery, the scheduled delivery date. Customer will fully cooperate with SIMPLIFIED SHIPPING in processing Customer’s cargo claims. SIMPLIFIED SHIPPING will attempt to have the contract carrier pay the claim first. If SIMPLIFIED SHIPPING pays a claim, Customer automatically assigns any and all of its rights and interest in the claim to SIMPLIFIED SHIPPING

SIMPLIFIED SHIPPING’s Contract Carriers maintain various amounts of cargo insurance. Customer will provide an accurate value for each shipment so a carrier with the correct amount of coverage will be booked. Failure to provide accurate values will result in shipments being insured to the maximum amount of the chosen carrier’s insurance coverage/liability.

Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold SIMPLIFIED SHIPPING harmless for Customer’s negligence, willful misconduct, and/or breach of these terms to the fullest extent of the law.

By using our website and giving a shipment to SIMPLIFIED SHIPPING, Customer agrees that all shipments transported by any mode are subject to these terms and conditions.
Using our Site
You may use our site and services only as permitted by law. We may suspend or terminate your access if you don’t comply with our policies or if we are investigating alleged misconduct.

We may send you announcements and other important information in connection with your use of our site. You may opt out of some of these communications at any time.
